An evening worth remembering

Rajasthan Forum, which has been working for the development of art, literature, culture and sports in the state for the last ten years, launched its anthem on Friday at a function organised at Hotel Rambagh Palace. Two times Grammy Award winner Ricky Kej graced the stage at the launch of Rajasthan Forum’s anthem. Chairman of Rajasthan Forum, Padma Bhushan and Grammy Award winner Pandit Vishwa Mohan Bhatt shared about the Anthem, which is composed by him. Both the Grammy-award winners posed with their respective trophies at the event.

The anthem has been filmed on thirty eminent personalities from various fields of Rajasthan. For this reason, this album became a wonderful amalgamation of Rajasthan’s singing, instrumental, dance, theatre, literature and sports. Within a few hours of its launch, the album reached over one lakh views on various social media and the number is increasing every hour. While sharing thoughts on the launch, two-time (2015 and 2022) Grammy Award winner and environmentalist Ricky Kej shared that his compositions are an amalgamation of music and environment. His music has always been on the path of environment, nature and co-existence.

“We should encourage people instead of shaming them for any good deed”, said Ricky. He also shared that he loves and respects all Indian musicians but Pt. Vishwa Mohan Bhatt is his favourite artist whom he respects as a guru. During the ceremony, Ricky Kej had his heart on the desi Kulfi of Rajasthan and praised the Rajasthan Decor & cuisines. A large number of prominent dignitaries, Veteran artists, litterateurs and sportspersons of Rajasthan the state including Sundeep Bhutoria, founder of Rajasthan Forum and prominent culturalist were present on this occasion.
