Nearly 13L devotees visit Lakkhi mela

Sikar: In the ongoing Lakkhi Mela in Khatu Shyam Ji Temple, nearly 13 lakh devotees offered prayers at Khatu Shyam Ji till Wednesday. On Monday alone, nearly 50 to 60 thousand devotees reached Baba Shyam’s darbar and had darshan.

Seeing the huge rush of devotees, the route of roads leading to the temple has also been changed on Tuesday night. This year, Khatu Shyam Ji Ekadashi will be observed on March 3 and a large crowd is expected on this day. The entry of pedestrians has been started from Reengus Road for those who are reaching the temple via Electricity Grid, Kairpura Crossroads, and Lamia Tiraha.
