Shramdaan campaign: Jaipur cops organise cleanliness drive

Jaipur: Jaipur Police Commissioner Biju George Joseph, along with the officers & jawans of Commissionerate, cleaned the garbage on either of the road from the Reserve Police Line to Sindhi Camp Bus Stand under the Shramdaan campaign.

Joseph said that the aim of the police is to instil trust in the public and fear in criminals. “It is also our responsibility to keep the environment and place around us clean. Cleanliness and health are synonymous. We should contribute in keeping the city a clean, safe and secure city,” he said. Joseph also advised the shopkeepers at the bus stand to keep dustbins and not litter.

In the Shramdaan campaign, Additional Police Commissioner Kailash Vishnoi, Preeti Chandra, Kunwar Rashtrdeep, Deputy Commissioner Digant Anand, Shyam Singh, Amit Kumar, Sagar, Addl Superintendent of Police Nawab Khan, and Dy Superintendent Pradeep Yadav, along with police officers and staff from the commissionerate, participated.
