‘ASHOKNITI’ IN SACKING JAROLI DEPRIVES OPPOSITION FROM ‘WEAPONISING’ REET EXAM!

With this one pragmatic and timely move of Gehlot’s, opposition’s entire politics has been routed

Jaipur: Political masterstrokes are played at times when there is an urgent need to counter the opposition to ensure victory and hold over the narrative.

Late on Friday night, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot played one such masterstroke and in that one stroke he effectively and completely uprooted the opposition’s politics.

Late on Friday night, CM Ashok Gehlot chaired a high level meet following which he gave orders to suspend DP Jaroli, chairman of Board of Secondary Education, in the REET examination.

With this one pragmatic and timely move of Gehlot’s, opposition’s entire politics has been routed.

The opposition was on the front foot in the REET recruitment and the BJP had tried to corner the state government, but with CM’s one decision, the momentum has shifted suddenly in state government’s favour since it is for the first time that such a stringent decision has been taken prior to investigation.

Furthermore, this decision also gives a message and the Gehlot government will continue to uphold its zero-tolerance policy in corruption.

Interestingly, now the opposition is also, in a direct and indirect manner, also lauding the government’s decision as even LoP Gulab Chand Kataria has also welcomed the decision.

Perhaps that is why, Gehlot is also called as the ‘Chanakya of Politics’! Meanwhile, after taking a major decision to sack the chairman of Board of Secondary Education DP Jaroli in REET paper leak, CM Ashok Gehlot on Saturday said that the state govt will introduce a bill in the upcoming budget session to curb cheating in exams and paper leaks.
