BSR finalised to standardize construction work in RHB

Jaipur: The Rajasthan Housing Board has established a new integrated Basic Schedule of Rates (BSR) for 2024 to standardize all construction & maintenance work across state. On Friday, Chairman T Ravikanth officially released BSR 2024 at the Housing Board office.

From now on, all projects under Housing Board will adhere to these new rates. Due to rising market prices, RHB BSR 2024 will be implemented starting July 1, 2024. The BSR 2024 covers a wide range of works, including building, sanitary, electrical, lift, horticulture, road, and other miscellaneous tasks. Housing Board Commissioner Inderjeet Singh was also present at the release event.
