‘Poor quality gypsum supplied to farmers’

Nagaur: Former Deputy Zila Pramukh Dr. Sahdev Choudhary on Wednesday alleged collusion with the Agriculture Department and Gypsum Supply Company.

He was speaking in the District Level Orientation Workshop on Agriculture Budget 2022-23 and levelled the allegations in the presence of Collector Piyush Samaria at Zila Parishad Nagaur.

“The quality of gypsum supplied to the farmers in Nagaur district was found to be of low level and is not good enough to fertilize the cultivated land. Lack of crop production capacity in the fields due to poor quality and the crops of the cultivators are not able to grow,” he said.
