Piqued by poor mgmt, councillor dumps litter outside JMCG office

Jaipur: The poor management of door-todoor garbage collection by Jaipur Municipal Corporation Greater has once again angered public representatives. Councillor of Ward No. 134, Karan Sharma on Wednesday dumped garbage outside the Nagar Nigam office and raised slogans against the administration for not addressing public grievances.

Sharma informed that it has been more than ten days, but garbage collection hoppers are not coming in the ward. “People are agitated over irregularity in the arrival of garbage collecting vehicles for a long time. They are dumping garbage in open areas which is leading to bad smell and health hazards,” the Councillor said.
