NOW, JDA IN ACTION AT HOUSES OF TWO PAPER LEAK ACCUSED

Jaipur: The luxurious house of Bhupendra Saran, the accused in teachers’ recruitment paper leak case, has now come under the target of the enforcement wing of JDA. The JDA has issued a notice to Saran to remove illegal construction within three days. If this is not done, then the enforcement wing will demolish the house located in Rajni Vihar on Ajmer road on Jan 13. The wing on Monday completely demolished the building in which the accused Bhupendra Saran, Bhupendra Dhaka, Dharmendra Chaudhary were running a coaching center. After this, it came to light that the accused have properties in Rajni Vihar on Ajmer Road and Nemisagar Colony in Chitrakoot following which the enforcement wing once again came into action. On Tuesday, different teams of JDA’s enforcement wing reached both the places and inspected the buildings and found violations of building regulations. The three-storey house in Rajni Vihar is owned by Bhupendra Saran and his brother Gopal but the patta was issued in name of Babli Pareek. There is no setback in construction of the house which also exceeds the permissible height. The second accused Suresh Dhaka has a flat in Chitrakoot.
