Coal India to give 7LMT of coal for power plant
Jaipur: Coal India will provide additional 7 lakh metric tonnes of coal for thermal power plants in Raj.
The decision was taken in a high-level meeting of Additional CS Dr. Subodh Aargwal with Coal India Chairman Pramod Agrawal and senior officials at Vidyut Bhawan on Friday.
The ACS -Mines said that CM Ashok Gehlot is serious about the availability of coal and uninterrupted power supply in state & is monitoring crisis.
He said that despite the coal crisis, the state government ensured no disruption. In the meeting, Pramod Agarwal assured availability of coal will be ensured.
