IAS Dheeraj Sahu relieved from state admn for Centre

Lucknow: IAS officer Dheeraj Sahu (1996 batch) has been relieved from state bureaucracy on Thursday for responsibility of Commissioner Transport for Center. IAS Dheeraj Sahu would take over the important responsibility of Joint Secretary Warehousing Development Regularly Authority (WDRA) Department of Food and Public Distribution at Center.

Sahu originally hails from Lucknow has held important positions like MD UPSRTC, Excise Commissioner, Housing Commissioner, Commissioner / Secretary Board of Revenue, Secretary ICDS, MD PICUP and MD SEPC. IAS Dheeraj Sahu has been district magistrate of three districts of UP including Sant Kabirnagar, Kaushambi and Banda. Soon after IAS Dheeraj Shahu, IAS Mukesh Meshram and IAS Anita Meshram would also be relieved for Center while the file of IAS Dr Vibha Chahal has gone to CM’s Office for getting approval after which she would be relieved from work.
