Amitabh Bachchan returns to Kaun Banega Crorepati after testing negative for COVID-19

Mumbai (Maharashtra): Amitabh Bachchan is a force to be reckoned with when it comes to his work and health. Even at the age of 80, the actor has an energy that not many can match. With back-to-back films in his pocket and anchoring the 14^th season of Kaun Banega Crorepati? But recently, the Baabul actor faced a hurdle when he tested positive for COVID-19 for the second time. Fans and well-wishers were extremely concerned about his health as the illness has been responsible for many complications in health.

But coming out victorious from the disease, Amitabh Bachchan announced that he tested negative on the night of August 31^st and will resume work from September 1^st. He isolated himself for nine days before testing negative. Bachchan Sr shared this news on his blog site where he wrote, “Back at work .. your prayers (folded hands emojis) gratitude .. negative last night .. and 9 days isolation over .. mandatory is 7 days .. My love as ever to all .. you are kind and concerned throughout .. the family Ef so full of care .. .. have only my folded hands for you”.

At 79, Amitabh Bachchan is as busy as ever with several releases this year and in 2023. Currently, he is shooting for the 14^th season of Kaun Banega Crorepati? He soon has the release of one of the biggest films of Bollywood, Brahmastra – Part One: Shiva with Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy. He also has Goodbye with Rashmika Mandanna, the official remake of The Intern with Deepika Padukone, Project K with Prabhas and Deepika Padukone and many others.
