Heeramandi: Fardeen Khan roped in to play a pivotal part in SLB's magnum opus

Actor Fardeen Khan, who's set to make his acting comeback with Visfot, will also be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Heera Mandi. As per reports, he will play a pivotal role opposite Aditi Rao Hydari in the web show.

Based on the lives of courtesans living in Lahore during the pre-independence era, the Netflix show will reportedly feature stars like Manisha Koirala, Aditi Rao Hydari and Sonakshi Sinha. 

According to a news report , Fardeen Khan will be essaying an important role in Heeramandi and has already shot for a few scenes in the series. The actor will now be joining the team of the movie in the next schedule. For the unversed, the show is based on the lives of courtesans in pre-independence India.

Heera Mandi is currently in the pipeline and Sanjay Leela Bhansali is working on the production
