With Murmu in focus, BJP tries to woo tribals through 2-day Gaurav Padyatra

Banswara: BJP State President Satish Poonia sounded the poll bugle in the tribal areas of Banswara-Dungarpur by starting a twoday ‘Vagad Tribal Gaurav Padyatra’ on Sunday. This comes after the victory of Droupadi Murmu as the President of India. He first visited the Tripura Sundari Temple in Banswara. After this, he addressed the public meeting in Dungarpur and then left for Beneshwar Dham with BJP leaders and people of tribal society.

BJP State General Secretary Sushil Katara, Hemraj Meena, ST Morcha State President Jitendra Meena along with local officials and public representatives accompanied him. On the 41-km route, they met tribals of both the districts & took political feedback. Poonia decided to have lunch with tribals & also to spend the night among them. Poonia would witness Droupadi Murmu’s swearing-in along with tribals by installing LED screens in Dungarpur. Poonia raised slogans of Lord Birsa Munda, & Meen deity. Slogans of Bharat Mata, PM Modi, JP Nadda & BJP zindabad were also heard. They were welcomed everywhere. There would be folk dance & music all along the yatra.
