ACB arrests VDO with Rs 10,000 bribe in Sgnr

Sri Ganganagar: The Anti Corruption Bureau team red-handed arrested a Lakhahakam Village Development Officer, Suresh Meena taking a bribe of Rs 10,000 in Raisinghnagar. The complainant of village Lakhahakam, Krishan Lal Verma had complained to ACB that Suresh Meena was asking for a bribe of 16,000 for the renewal of the lease.

An amount of Rs 10,000 was fixed and the bureau laid a trap. Meena was held from his residence. He currently has the workload of 2 Gram Panchayats. He lives on rent in a luxurious house in Ward No. 2. The bureau team was conducting a search at his residence also.
