A look to STAND OUT

Everyday jewellery is at a boom right now, as it not only acts as a statement piece with a classy outfit but is also not very heavy on the pocket. Shrishti Bhardwaj, founder and designer of an emerging everyday jewellery brand in Jaipur, A Look to Stand Out (ALSO), turned her passion into a successful business, with a desire to manufacture statement pieces for the audience across the globe.

On being asked about what motivated her to start a brand that currently caters to the Bollywood industry, Shrishti said, “Everyday jewellery is something I have absolutely loved to wear, but could hardly find something that does not wear off in a couple of days. Being a jewellery designer myself, I thought of turning my passion into a business and curating something that would solve the most common problem amongst people.”

“I love travelling and finding inspiration to design something new every day. ALSO is a home-grown brand, offering the best designs with classic concepts and mythological meanings, so people connect to it in the most beautiful way possible. We also focus on customising jewellery according to the customer’s needs.”

A few of ALSO’s clients are big-shots in the Bollywood industry, like Masaba Gupta, Anil Kapoor Film Production, and many more. The brand’s jewellery has also been endorsed by some wellknown celebrities like Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Anita Hassanandani, Prajakta Koli, Roshni Chopra, and more.

“I am really enjoying making different techniques in jewellery like painting, stone carving, wood, pottery and other Indian techniques to support the local artisans,” mentioned Shrishti.

When asked about what she feels about the success of the brand in such a short span of time, she added, “It takes time to be successful in whatever you are doing. Everything is about consistency, and I feel I learn new things every day. It’s very important to build great relations with your customers, in order to stay long in such a competitive industry.”

Sharing some tips for the upcoming brands, she said, “Focus on building a strong brand identity and use social media platforms to build your brand, connect with customers, and promote your products in the best way possible.”
