Will speed up recruitment process in RU: Guv Mishra

Jaipur: Governor Kalraj Mishra has given assurance to speed up the recruitment process in the University of Rajasthan.

He said that this matter will also be discussed with the government soon. Mishra attended the 78th Foundation Day Celebration of Rajasthan University as the chief guest. Deputy CM and higher education minister Prem Chand Bairwa, MP Ramcharan Bohra, MLA Kalicharan and others also attended the programme.

VC Alpana Kateja presented the history of the university and highlighted the achievements. She also talked about the problems being faced in the educational system due to the ongoing shortage of teachers inside the university. The Governor gave assurance to speed up the recruitment process after talking to the government.

Deputy CM Premchand Bairwa also said that the recruitments would be resolved at the government level as soon as possible. On the occasion, Kalicharan Saraf announced to give Rs 20 lakh to the university from the MLA fund.
