Stay on non-RAS to IAS promotion to continue

Jaipur: The stay on the non-RAS to IAS promotion process will continue. Presenting the answer in the Rajasthan High Court on Monday, the government said that it is giving promotion to non-RAS in IAS as per the rules. But due to technical reasons, the hearing of the cases was postponed. Justice MM Srivastava’s division bench fixed the next date of hearing on August 10, extending the stay on the process.

Additional Advocate General Satyendra Singh Raghav said that by presenting an additional affidavit in the court, it has been said that the government is giving promotion from non-RAS to IAS only under legal process.
