Docs must treat heart diseases timely: Guv

Jaipur: Governor Kalraj Mishra has called upon the doctors to work for the prevention and timely treatment of heart diseases in India. Expressing concern over the rapidly increasing heart diseases, he said that to prevent heart diseases, cheap and accessible treatment for all should be the priority of doctors. Mishra was addressing the inaugural ceremony of ‘National Cardiology Conference -- Cardiac Prevent -- 2023’ at a hotel on Saturday.

He said that medical experts need to pay attention to this and work on new methods of treatment through research. He called upon medical experts to develop a model under which effective prevention of heart diseases can be done across the country.
