Bring tribals also into mainstream, says Guv

Jaipur: Governor Kalraj Mishra said that there is a need for everyone to make joint efforts to bring the tribal community into the mainstream of development. A tribal community is a society connected to the roots of Indian culture. There should be greater efforts to highlight their contribution to the nation on a larger scale. Governor Mishra was addressing the “Janjatiye Gaurav Diwas” (Tribal Pride Day) and felicitation ceremony organized by the Tribal Areas Development Department at Raj Bhavan on Wednesday.

November 15 has been declared as Tribal Pride Day in the country.
