‘Apartment Ownership Act’ must for builders

Jaipur: Builders in Rajasthan will have to comply with the apartment ownership act and will have to give a commitment in this regard in the sale agreement. For this, changes were made in the rules of the real estate regulatory act. Format of sale of agreement has been changed in which a column for commitment has been inserted for the builder. UDH issued notification today for changes in rules.
