98 officers shifted in State ahead of Assembly polls

Jaipur: Total of 98 Rajasthan Police Service (RPS) officers were transferred in Rajasthan late on Wednesday night.
The state government has started transfers of the officers, who are posted on the same place for a period of three years or more, ahead of the assembly elections.

The transfer list of RPS officers was issued by the home department. Another list is also expected soon. Officers in Jaipur police Commissionerate have also been changed. Also, the enforcement officer of JDA was also transferred.
