Priyanka thanks Boney and Khushi Kapoor for giving her “a taste of home”!

Mumbai (Maharashtra): Priyanka Chopra Jonas may live in the US but she is still a Desi girl at heart. The actress has never missed celebrating any festivals and always gorges on Indian snacks whenever she gets a chance. Recently, Boney Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor gave the actress a “taste of home” and the delighted actress shared the glimpse on her social media. Thanking the father-daughter duo, Priyanka wrote, “Thank you @boney.kapoor and @khushi05k for a taste of home! So kind”.

The picture had many Indian delicacies spread across the table. Right from poha sprinkled with sev kept in a container, there were other Indian snacks including different types of khakra, biscuits, namkeen, moong dal, and jeera papdi among many others.

To extend her love for snacks, the actor has also opened her own Indian restaurant, Sona, in the heart of New York. She also launched her homeware brand Sona Home which celebrates the Indian culture with its extensive designs and colours inspired by the Indian heritage.

Workwise, the actress is currently enjoying her time home with her daughter Malti Marie and even showcases glimpses of their cosy time together. She has several projects in the pipeline and many others ready to roll next year. Along with Russo Brothers’ web series, Citadel with Richard Madden, Priyanka also has the rom-com, It's All Coming Back to Me with Sam Heughan and Celine Dion. The Dostana actress also has her Bollywood project, Farhan Akhtar’s Jee Le Zaraa with Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif which will begin shooting next year.
