Guv Mishra, CM Gehlot’s chadars offered @ Ajmer Sharif Dargah

Ajmer: Traditional ‘Chadars’ were presented on behalf of Governor Kalraj Mishra and CM Ashok Gehlot on the occasion of the 810th Urs of Khwaja Moinuddin Hasan Chishti at the Ajmer Sharif Dargah in Ajmer.

Governor’s ADC Rajarshi Raj Varma, visited the Dargah with the ‘Chadar.’ He was accompanied by administrative officials.

He prayed for state’s peace and prosperity & read out Governor’s message, wherein, Mishra stated that Khwaja Saheb gave the message of love & humanity and is known as ‘Garib Nawaz’ because of his helping nature towards poor. In the meanwhile, the Chairman of Waqf Board Khaanu Khan Budhwali offered a ‘Chadar’ on behalf of CM Gehlot.

Prayers were offered for peace and prosperity in the state at Asthana Sharif inside the Dargah.

The message sent by CM Gehlot was read at the ‘Buland Darwaza’, wherein, the Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said that Gareeb Nawaz gave us the message to help the weak & the destitute. Today, in the name of religion, efforts are being made to weaken society.

Message of brotherhood given by Gareeb Nawaz becomes all the more relevant in today’s day and age.
