EXCLUSIVE! Simba Nagpal reveals he does not feel like a star at all

Mumbai (Maharashtra): Simba Nagpal is a popular name in the television industry. He is not only loved immensely by fans and colleagues but respected for his down-to-earth nature and honesty. Due to his massive fan following, he has bagged several important projects. Currently, the actor and reality star can be seen as the leading man in Naagin 6, television’s most popular show right now. He has now come up with a music video alongside Shibani Kashyap namely ‘I Swear’. The actor can be in his most sexy avatar as he makes Shibani fall in love with him.

Talking about his song, his upcoming projects, his equation with his Bigg Boss costars, and much more, Simba Nagpal had an #UnfilteredBaatChit with Ashish Tiwari from First India Telly.

Simba revealed that his passion for his work and music is what made him take up this project. “I always feel like there should be a song that I can connect to and I swear is one such. So, I am glad things worked out,” he stated. He also added that he has been following Shibani for a while now and that he loves her voice which is what compelled him to consider this project in the first place. Talking about his work in the music video, the actor said, “After every shot, I used to go to the director and check whether I am satisfied with the cut. If I felt that yes, I have done my best here, I would okay the scene. So, scenes were approved after the director and I gave our consent.”

Simba further spoke on how his belief in his dreams has brought him so far in life. “I was never affected by the tragedies and bad things in life. But whenever I used to think about my dreams, I was worried about whether I would be able to fulfil them. And when you are alone on this path of yours, life teaches you a lot of lessons.”

He also divulged that out of all the music videos that he watched of his Bigg Boss costars, he extremely loved Akasa and Pratik’s ‘Saamna’. The ‘Shakti – Astitva ke Ehsaas ki’ actor also said that he is really looking forward to working with the ‘Dil Naa Jaaneya’ singer and is trying to create some time for the same.

Before ending the segment, Simba revealed how he does not feel like a star at all and that he still looks at himself the way he always did. The actor stated, “My family, friends, fans and work are the only things that matter to me. With the love that I have received as an actor, I am always thankful for it.”
