Diwali celebrations: Diya Kumari urges people to work with govt
Jaipur: Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari, while greeting people on Diwali at 16 Civil Lines urged the citizens to perform their civic duty. She said that the government was doing its work but if the citizens, administration and government work together, Rajasthan will become the number one state in the country.
Diya Kumari said that it was necessary to create new tourist destinations and incorporate technology in tourism.
“Marketing in the country and abroad, promoting temple tourism, wildlife tourism are important,” she said. She also noted that several incentives have been introduced under the ‘Rising Rajasthan’ initiative to promote tourism, with further provisions included in RIPS 2024.
A large number of residents of Vidyadhar Nagar Assembly constituency and others were present at the event.
