DGP reviews security arrangements for Bharat Jodo Yatra

Kota: DGP Umesh Mishra reached Kota on Tuesday to strengthen the security arrangements for Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra, which will enter Hadoti in the first week of December. The DGP held a meeting with the four SPs and police officers of the Kota range. Mishra took feedback regarding the security arrangements made on the route of the Yatra. About 3000 policemen will be deployed during the Yatra. The DGP expressed satisfaction over the recovery in cases in Kota division. The DGP has instructed the police to stay away from land related disputes. In the crime meeting, Kota Range IG Prasanna Khamesara, ADG Sanjeev Narjari along with ADG VK Singh, Kota Bundi Baran and Jhalawar SPs, & other officers of all four districts were present. For better policing, DGP Umesh Mishra gave a new the PPT mantra to the police officers in Kota on Monday.
