3 including cop die in Baran road mishaps

Baran: A horrific accident took place on the culvert of Parvati river of Kishanganj district of Baran. The truck and tractor-trolley collided in which two people including the tractor driver died.

On getting information, a police team from Kishanganj police station reached the accident site. During the rescue work, a speeding trailer hit the police car from behind.

The police team saved their lives by getting away from the line of the trailer. However, the trailer hit a police constable Vinod Jat killing him on the spot.

CO Manoj Gupta said that the incident happened at 5 am on Saturday morning, where the trailer hit and killed a constable during the relief work.

On information, SP Kalyan Mal Meena also reached the spot and inquired about the incident. Meanwhile, the dead body of the tractor driver and the police jawan have been kept in mortuary.
