‘Will unitedly carry forward PM’s dream’

Bundi: Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla participated in the ‘Nari Shakti Samvaad’ programme on Friday in Kapren city of Bundi district. He interacted with the women beneficiaries of the schemes run by NABARD and Rajeevika and took feedback about the schemes.

A large number of women from Self-Help Groups from nearby Gram Panchayats working in Rajeevika and NABARD, alongside running their own businesses, met him.

Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla said that more efforts will be made to promote them and their employment. Raw materials and loan facilities will be made available to them, arrangements for milk, dairy, spices, flour mill, dal mill etc., will be made accessible to these women groups.

Om Birla also had a meal with the ladies of the women Self- Help Groups, who had come from rural areas situated around the Kapren town.

The Lok Sabha Speaker further said that they all have to work together to carry forward Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s campiagn to connect the women of ‘Lakhpati Didi’ scheme with employment.
