Registration office employee in ACB net for taking bribe in BKN

Bikaner: The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has arrested Ashish Tamboli, an employee of Registration and Stamp Office red-handed while taking a bribe of Rs 1500 on Friday. The amount was sought in the name of providing some documents from record.

Inspector Anand Mishra of ACB Bikaner outpost said that Vasudev Sharma, a resident of Lunkaransar, had lodged a complaint. Vasudev had to collect some papers from the department for which he had applied. The documents were to be given to him as per the fixed fee, but it is alleged that employee Ashish Tamboli demanded Rs 1500 for it.

The ACB laid a trap after verification and Ashish Tamboli was arrested.
