Minor hangs self, urges not to harass lover, parents in note

Barmer: A minor girl in Barmer committed suicide by hanging herself in the room, police said on Friday. Incident has been reported from the RICCO police station area in Barmer. On getting informed police reached at the spot and recovered the body. Police also found a suicide note from the spot. Meanwhile, after getting the post-mortem done, police handed over the body to the family members.

On the basis of the complaint, police had lodged a case. According to the complaint, last week minor girl had eloped with a boy. After which her father had lodged a missing complaint. Acting on the report, police started searching for the girl and later traced her. Police, however, explained the boy and girl, and released them.
