Kripal Singh murder: 3 more including prime accused held

Bharatpur: The Bharatpur police arrested 3 other accused, including the prime accused Kuldeep and Vijay Pal, in connection with the murder of BJP leader Kripal Singh at Jaghina Gate of Bharatpur city on the night of Sept 4 in a gang war. Police had already arrested 3 others in murder case. IPS & CO Rural Brijesh Jyoti Upadhyay, while talking to media, said there was a dispute between Kripal & Kuldeep over a land in the city, due to which he killed Kripal.

Upadhyay said team worked under the special direction of Bharatpur IG Gaurav Srivastava and nabbed main accused of this case. Accused were nabbed from Kolhapur in Maharashtra when they were going to Goa. Upadhyay said there was a dispute between the deceased BJP worker Kripal Singh and the main accused Kuldeep over a plot located near Sheesham Tiraha Kali Garden of the city. Meanwhile, vehicle bringing back the accused overturned, in which 2 policemen were injured. They were admitted to a private hospital in Bharatpur.
