Khatu Shyamji fair concludes, Rawat undertakes padyatra

Sikar: The 10-day Khatu Shyamji fair in Sikar concluded on Saturday. More than 50 lakh Shyam devotees attended the fair. The district administration made good arrangements for the devotees. Besides, bhandara was also organised and there was a facility for free consultation with doctors. On the 16 kilometer road from Ringas to Khatu Shyam ji, about 250 bhandaras were set up. 364 medical personnel were also deployed by the district administration and 4000 police personnel were deployed. 1200 home guards, 2500 scouts were there round-theclock. This time, a good number of devotees turned up at the fair Meanwhile, Industry minister Shakutala Rawat on Saturday undertook a padyatra from Toran dwar to Khatushyamji temple in Sikar on successful completion of the fair.
