Himanta visits Khatu Shyam, Salasar Temples, meets Guv

Sikar/Khatushyamji: Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma visited Khatu Shyam ji Temple in Sikar on Saturday along with his family. He said that after becoming the Chief Minister, he has come to seek blessings of the God.

“Before this, I came here in 2013. I wish for happiness, peace and brotherhood in the country and the State,” he said. Assam CM, his wife, Rinki and son, Nandil stayed in the committee office after the darshan. His daughter Sukanya did not accompany him.

Sarma also visited the Salasar Balaji temple. He also interacted with the media and raised questions on Rahul Gandhi’s maturity. He said, “Elections are in Gujarat and Himachal and Rahul Gandhi is taking out yatra in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka. He should have been in Gujarat now.”
