Jaisalmer: Four people, including two women, died after a trailer and a jeep collided head-on near Jaisalmer. The accident happened near Phalsund on Saturday. According to information, the accident happened seven kilometres from Phalsund. A trailer was coming from Bhurjgarh towards Phalsund. Phalsund police station officer Girdhar Singh said that the deceased was a resident of Navtala village of Ramdevra police station area. They were going from Phalsund to Baranwa village of Barmer. There was a pothole on the road near Madurasar village and the trailer lost balance and collided with the jeep.

The deceased have been identified as Hanif Khan (55), Pappu Khan (62), Surmo (45) and Hidayato (55). Makhane Kha (60) has been referred to Jodhpur in critical condition.
