Dudhwa Khurd repoll: 85.70% voting recorded

Barmer: During the repolling held at Dudhwa Khurd repolling booth number 50 in the Chauhtan Vidhan Sabha constituency of Barmer Lok Sabha area under LS Elections 2024, an impressive 85.70 percent voter turnout was recorded. Praveen Gupta, the Chief Electoral Officer, highlighted that the re-polling was conducted in a fair and fear-free environment. According to Gupta, in accordance with the EC’s directives, rural voters actively participated in the repolling conducted at Dudhwa Khurd on Wednesday. Out of the registered 1,294 voters, 1,109 exercised their franchise. The polling booth for the repolling was closely monitored by supervisors appointed by the EC.
