Collective efforts and hard work of the Board’s team has resulted in achievement: Commissioner Arora

Jaipur: Rajasthan Housing Board Commissioner Pawan Arora said on Wednesday that RHB has been selected once again for the ‘SKOCH Gold Award’ in the housing category for innovations. The Board has got the distinction of earning this honour for the second consecutive year. Congratulating all the officers-employees for this success, the Housing Commissioner has said that this achievement is the result of collective efforts and hard work of the Board’s team. “In the past years, through innovations like Wednesday auction festival, e-bid submission and e-auction, disposal of more than 16,000 surplus properties, Coaching Hub, MLA Housing, CM Jan Awas Yojana, AIS and SS Residency, Chaupatis and successful efforts made for administrative reforms, RHB has established a new identity. Due to the hard work and efficiency of the officers and personnel of the Board, the Board is receiving awards and honours one after the other at the national level. Due to this, the Board’s prestige has been restored among the common people,” he said.

Arora said that in the last three and a half years, RHB has received many awards and honours from institutions like Indian Building Congress, National Real Estate Council and Skoch Group. “Sale of 1,213 properties worth Rs 185 cr in just 12 days under Wednesday auction festival in year 2020, sale of 1,010 houses in just 35 working days in year 2019 & first 5 houses in Mansarovar and Pratap Nagar Chaupatis during Nov, 2021 to March, 2022 along with foot-fall of over 6.10 lakh people in the month has been recognised by World Book of Records as an international record. After the ‘SKOCH Gold Award- 2021’ the Skoch Gold Award - 2022 is another step in this direction,” Arora said.
