BJP worker bludgeoned to death 300 m from house

Udaipur: BJP worker Kantilal (45) was brutally bludgeoned to death by unknown people on Saturday night when he was returning home after voting ended in Falasia police station of Udaipur.

People spotted his body on Sunday morning in a drain about 300 metres away from the house. Police suspect murder due to election related rivalry. BJP MLA from Jhadol-Kotra Babulal Kharadi, Falasia BJP Mandal President Bhopal Singh Shaktawat, Sarpanch Vinod Kumar Pargi, Falasia Deputy Sarpanch Ramesh Patel, Sigri Sarpanch Babulal Kharadi, Falasia former head Sugna Devi also reached the spot.
