All religions and castes will do politics together in Rajasthan: CM

Jalore: Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has said that he will not allow the BJP’s Hindutva agenda to run in the Assembly elections. Accusing BJP of making people fight, Gehlot has described himself as a big Hindu and a servant of the bovines. CM said, ‘We have more faith in Hinduism than them. Some people became Hindus for politics of Ram Mandir. Such people have nothing to do with Hindu religion.”

Talking to the media in Jalore on Wednesday, Gehlot told how he gave Rs 40,000 compensation to farmers in cases of death of cows due to Lumpy virus. Gehlot said, “They became Hindus only to do politics in the name of Ram Mandir. Their own people do not believe in Hinduism. We will not allow their agenda to be built in Rajasthan regarding Hindutva. All religions and castes will do politics together in Rajasthan.”
