ACB team traps VDO, AEN with `60k bribe in Sawai Madhopur

Gangapur City: The husband of Toda sarpanch registered a complaint in ACB that in lieu of passing the twenty files of musterroll work and other construction works, Mahesh Goyal, the AEN of Panchayat Samiti Bamanwas and Rinkesh Garg, VDO of Gram Panchayat Tundila, were demanding a bribe of Rs 1.40 lakh to the tune of seven thousand rupees per file. After verification of complaint a trap was laid and AEN Mahesh Goyal and VDO Rinkesh Garg were nabbed while accepting a bribe of Rs 60k. Menwhile, a search operation was carried out by the ACB team at the houses of the three accused. 

Meanwhile, Patwari Ramesh Soni of Bamanwas Tehsildar office has been arrested red handed while taking a bribe amount of Rs 20k. 

In a complaint filed with the  ACB, the complainant said that in lieu of 42 files for getting the amount sanctioned from the Chief minister’s Relief Fund to the victims of the procession bus road accident; the Girdawar was demanding a bribe amount.
