A loser given status of MoS ignoring a winner: Bidhuri

Chittorgarh: In a tirade against his own government, Congress MLA Rajendra Singh Bidhuri from Begun in Chittorgarh on Wednesday not only cornered CM Ashok Gehlot over CBI probe into REET paper leak case but also questioned Minister of State status to a defeated candidate by ignoring the winning one.

“Doda chura (poppy husk) was stolen from Parsoli police station and there should be a CBI inquiry into it. The CM is the Home Minister, he should have suspended everyone and ordered CBI probe. CM cannot get the even REET matter investigated. At least, the case of Parsoli police station should have been investigated. I have written to the CM that you are afraid about the CBI investigation of REET because some minister will go to jail, but get a CBI inquiry done at Parsoli police station at least.

The MLA did not stop there. He further taunted without naming a senior Congress leader from Chittorgarh. “The leader who has lost twice by 50,000 votes, the CM has given him the status of Minister of State and the winner was overlooked. If the MLAs win only then you become the CM,” he said.

There is also a discussion in the political circles when the video of Bidhuri’s statement surfaced that he is upset with the decisions of his own government. Even a few months ago, Bidhuri was in controversy for abusing the then Bhainsrodgarh SHO.
