5,400 litres of adulterated milk found in Alwar Dairy

Alwar: In a late Saturday night raid by the vigilance team, a total of 5400 litres of adulterated milk was recovered in Alwar Saras Dairy and was flushed down on Sunday. The milk was brought from Behror. The transporter adulterated milk to increase the fat.

The team chased a truck for about 100 KMs and caught it. Milk samples were taken at Saras plant. In the morning, the chairman of Saras Dairy, Vishram Gurjar, discarded the milk. The contractor concerned will be penalised. In the last few days, action has been taken on finding problems at Buchpuri, Berla Bass, Hazari Ka Bass and Nagli Bihar compilation centres. Alwar Saras Dairy supplies milk to Delhi, Haryana, Bhiwadi.
