2 civic body officials, 1 more held for graft

Ajmer: The Anti-Corruption Bureau on Wednesday detained three persons including two personnel of Ajmer municipal corporation in a matter of graft.

Draftsman Rishi Mathur had allegedly demanded a bribe of Rs 10,000 to issue a lease deed.
After verification of the complaint, a trap was laid but the complaint handed over the bribe amount to some other personnel Ashok Singh because Rishi Mathur was on camp duty at that time, DIG Ajmer Samir Kumar Singh said.

Ashok Singh also gave the money to a private man. The ACB then detained all of them and the matter is being probed. No arrest has been made so far.
