100% implementation of mining leases: Agarwal

Jaipur/Bikaner: Additional CS Mines Dr Subodh Agarwal said that 100 percent implementation of mining leases allotted by the department will be done in the revenue records in coordination with Revenue department so that there is no possibility of allotment of land for other purposes by Revenue dept.

He also said that in view of the abundant reserves of mining deposits in Bikaner, Nagaur, Sriganganagar, Hanumangarh and Jaisalmer, possibilities of taking the services of private sector experts for drilling and exploration work will be explored to speed up the exploration work.

In a review meeting with officers in Bikaner, he said Rajasthan has abundant mineral deposits and for the first time, awards have been given at the national level only in view of the exploration, mining and successful auction work.
