“Working with Big B was like a dream come true”

On being back in the industry the singer said, “Having taken a break I am just filling up with the void. People who know me closely know this fact about me that I don’t have anger. Whatever I am bringing now is from all the passion and I could bring back the old beats in the music. If god is kind this year will be fulfilling all the genres with music.”

Sharing his experience working with Mouni Roy he expressed, “When you are working with Professional artists it's the best thing about them that there’s a comfort zone with them. Mouni is extremely hardworking when it comes to shooting it was indeed great working with her.”

Having been a part of projects featuring legends he shared, “My journey and my experiences throughout have been different. I have worked with the best legends of the industry. I have done a world tour with Shah rukh and I have learned so much from it. When I was working with Akshay Kumar he makes you feel like a family, he never lets you feel that he’s a superstar. And working with BigB was like a dream come true for me.”

Sharing his upcoming projects he said, “I have recently shot a song with Salman Khan for his upcoming movie Kisi Ka bhai kisi ki Jaan and that’s what coming this year for my fans. This year I dreamt of standing up on my own through my music but I am glad that I could still be doing it.”

With the rap game in trend in the industry speaking about the same, he said, “I was not the one to start hip - hop I did hip rapping, and when I was not here people tried filling in for me and India has got such talented people who have been doing so great in their life.”

Sharing how actors kept a check on him he shared, “Akshay Kumar always kept a check on me and also kept suggesting me treatments. I am glad stars like Deepika, SRK and many others kept suppor ting me. I will answer back people with my work.”
