Whatever role party gives, I will take up, says Poonia

Jaipur: Rajasthan BJP, these days, is resonating with an important question. Its leaders are wondering if the tenure of its current president Dr Satish Poonia will be over in the days to come or will he be given yet another tenure? Interestingly, First India questioned Poonia over the issue, he said, “We are appointed on the instructions & election of party. The party made me president and then challenge of Corona came. However, the party has expanded till the bottom and all our campaigns have been successful. What ever role theparty gives me, I would work.” Meanwhile, firing salvos at Cong, he said, “Tricolor will be hoisted in 20 cr homes across the country and a target of 50 lakh has been set in Raj.” He added that he will leave politics once he turns 70 years of age.
