‘SURVEY ONGOING, TICKETS TO BE DISTRIBUTED ON BASIS OF RESULT’

Jaipur: Congress Incharge Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa, while speaking to media on Friday, said that his first task is to strengthen the organisation. Tickets will be given in the assembly elections on the basis of survey. Right now we are not distributing tickets to anyone. We will get the survey done and then the ticket will be decided on the basis of its result,” he said, adding, “Those who will have numbers in the survey, only they will be entitled to the tickets.” Randhawa reached Jaipur Circuit House on Friday after the feedback meeting on Thursday night. On the ongoing political cold war in Rajasthan, Randhawa has claimed to resolve the dispute soon. Randhawa said that it is his job to resolve the dispute, not of anyone else. “I am not sitting in five stars but among people. Disputes will also be resolved,” he said.

On the question of no appointments to the posts of the organization for two and a half years, Randhawa said that in the next two days a list of appointments of block and district heads will be released. “We are all working in that direction. The vacant posts of the organisation will be filled soon. For two consecutive days, I have been sitting among the leaders and workers and talking to them. No major complaints have been received during the feedback, small things keep going. Notably, the ACR issue was raised before Randhawa in the Council of Ministers meeting. On this issue, Randhawa said, “I was the Deputy Chief Minister of Punjab and under me There were 9 officers. I used to fill everyone’s ACR myself. I never felt that bureaucracy dominates. In Rajasthan I found ministers, MLAs are saying this. And the Government should take appropriate decision about this.”
