Suggestions sought for JDA master plan

Jaipur: The Jaipur Development Authority is going to make amendments in the master plan for the area outside the Ring road.

For this, the JDA has sought objections and suggestions regarding changes in the master plan. According to the proposed amendments, township can be developed in a minimum five hectare area, on a 24- wide meter road in the Ring road’s outer areas.

At present, the minimum area required for developing a township is 10 hectare and the minimum road width is 30 meter. As per the proposed change, if any integrated township is located in U2 and U3 zone of the master plan, then township will be able to come up within its 500 meter radius and on minimum 24 meter wide road.
