SpiceJet, AirAsia flights getting cancelled at JIAL

Jaipur: Flight operations at Jaipur International Airport seems disrupted these days. On an average, 3-4 flights are being canceled daily, On Monday, 4 flights of SpiceJet and AirAsia were cancelled. SpiceJet flights from Jaipur to Dharamsala, Mumbai and Amritsar have been cancelled. Apart from this, Air Asia’s Mumbai flight was also not operational on Monday. It is to be noted that usually average 51 flights operate daily from Jaipur airport as per the schedule, however due to low passenger load, 3-4 flights are getting cancelled daily. There has been no increase in passenger load at Jaipur airport even after the onset of monsoon season. These days the passenger load is reaching an average maximum of 10,000 only.
