Shuddh ke liye yudh: Action on Paneer & curd manufacturer

Jaipur: As part of campaign ‘Shuddh k liye yudh’ being run by the Medical Department, Food Safety Officers of central team took action on Paneer & Curd manufacturing unit at Sanganer in front of M/s Akshara Dairy Farm HPCL Depot.

In this unit, refined coconut oil and refined palm oil were being mixed in fatless milk; cheese and curd were being made by mixing such fat that would meet the parameters of the milk fat test. Fats present in the form of refined palm oil were tested on the spot that, shockingly, were meeting the criteria of RM and BR for ghee.
