Several bigwigs pay tributes to late Shakuntala Gupta in condolence meet

Jaipur: The condolence meeting of Shakuntala Gupta, mother of Information Commissioner DB Gupta, was held at Vivekananda Lecture Hall of MNIT, Jaipur and a ‘Hawan’ was held at the residence of AB Gupta, the brother of DB Gupta on Wednesday. CEO and Editor-inChief of First India and CMD First India News Dr Jagdeesh Chandra paid his tributes and consoled DB Gupta and other family members during the ‘Hawan.’ Shakuntala Gupta had passed away in Bikaner on Sunday following a heart attack and was cremated at Mokshadham in Jhalana on Monday.
